This is absolutely untrue. I had a phone conversation with her in which she spoke terribly about her former agent and I told her what her remedy was (contact the local Board of Realtors). I did not advise her about her property because I never saw her property. Perhaps she has confused me with someone else? I was not hired by this woman. She wanted to hire me but the red flags were plentiful and I knew better. She stated repeatedly that nobody would work with her (contractors, Realtors, etc). It was very clear to me why that was the case. This review should be removed because it is emphatically false and reviews should only be allowed from clients of the Realtor. This person was not my client. She was just a random person who got my business card and called me. She shouldn't be allowed to write such a review because we were never engaged in a business relationship. I never provided her with any service. That is apparently her issue. I'm not obligated to work with every person who calls me. My obligation begins when I am hired.
